1. All requests to reschedule your meals will be accepted only if they are made within our cut-off period through the whatsapp/call @ +91 - 990 276 8881. All reschedule requests for breakfast orders have to be placed by 7:00 PM (on the previous day), for lunch by 9:00 AM (same day) and for dinner by 1:00 PM (same day).

2. Any requests to cancel your meals after our cut-off time crosses than customers will be payable of 60% of the Order Values.

3. In the unlikely event that your order is delivered late (after 11:00 AM for breakfast, 3:00 PM for lunch and 10:00 PM for dinner), or the food that has been delivered is flagged for quality issues by a majority of DesiTiffinBox customers, you will be compensated with a complimentary meal from DesiTiffinBox, no refunds!

4. If you cannot avail meals from your existing subscription due to reasons such as relocation, long vacation, health issues etc., you can change the delivery address and get the remaining meals from your subscription delivered to your new address (given we are serviceable at your new location). Or simply send them to a friend. Unfortunately, we will not be able to refund the money.

5. If you are unsatisfied with the food or unhappy with our food services, we will provide you with a refund on a pro rata basis i.e., you will be refunded based on the number of meals you have consumed from your subscription given you have already started your subscription. This policy is effective from June, 2021.
